Birmingham, UK – 22 January 2026

Soother, a UK-based workplace mental wellbeing provider, has announced a new partnership with P Quinn Construction to expand employee access to professional mental health support at work.

Workplace mental wellbeing refers to how supported employees feel psychologically in their working lives, including access to confidential emotional support and therapy when, or before challenges arise. Through this partnership, employees at P Quinn Construction will now be able to access confidential online therapy sessions via Soother’s digital platform, with appointments typically available within 48 hours.

The partnership forms part of P Quinn Construction’s wider commitment to prioritising employee wellbeing, supporting staff both inside and outside of the workplace, and positioning itself as a leading employer within its industry.

Supporting Mental Wellbeing in the Construction Industry

Construction is a sector where mental health challenges are well documented, and UK employers are increasingly recognising the importance of providing accessible, preventative mental health support for their workforce.

Grace Donnelly, Managing Director of P Quinn Construction, added:

“We wanted to offer our team an additional layer of accessible, tangible support, and Soother was exactly the solution we were looking for. Every team member now has access to six therapy sessions per year - completely free and fully confidential.”

“A big thanks to George for coming to speak with the team about how Soother works, and to reiterate that you don't need to be in a crisis to talk to a therapist.”

George Stevens, Founder of Soother, said:

“Workplace mental health support needs to be straightforward, quick and easy to access and genuinely human. We’re really proud to be working with P Quinn Construction to make sure their employees can access high-quality therapeutic support whenever suits them.”

“This is a key industry for us, construction workers in the UK are way over represented in almost all mental health statistics. Talking to Grace and Pat, the leadership team at P Quinn Construction, they want to offer genuine and professional support to their people and be the leading place to work in their field and we’re really proud that they’ve chosen to partner with Soother in aid of that.”

This partnership reflects a growing shift among UK employers towards embedding a very human approach to mental wellbeing into workplace culture, recognising its importance for employee satisfaction, retention, and long-term organisational health and performance.
