• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

• Users may not engage in any unlawful, antisocial, or harmful behaviour. We reserve the right to ban or delete accounts in such cases.

 

3. Therapist Disclaimer

• Soother is not an emergency or crisis support service. If you’re in danger or need urgent help, please contact emergency services.

• Therapists operate independently, are fully insured, and in private practice.

• Soother is not liable for the content or outcomes of any therapy sessions.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, and content on the website is owned by Soother unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without permission.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• Soother does not currently process payments on the website.

• Cancellation and refund inquiries can be directed to George@soother.uk.

• Users cannot publicly post content to the site, but feedback and complaints can be sent to george@soother.uk.
