We’re delighted to announce that Soother have partnered with HTM to provide barrier-free access to therapy for their management team.
Through the partnership, HTM management are now able to book confidential, online therapy sessions with fully qualified, brilliant therapists via Soother’s platform, quickly, easily and for free. The initiative reflects HTM’s ongoing commitment to support the mental wellbeing of their people.
Matt Higgs, HTM HSEQ Director:
“With our recent shift in our company values, this feels like the first natural step to empowering our people to access support, without the need to be in a crisis situation or feel like they are already at breaking point. It takes out so many barriers in accessing support in the first place, which can often stop people who have tried to ask for help or access support.
“By encouraging our management team to utilise Soother and access free therapy, we hope that it will help them to understand themselves better, and perhaps understand their own ways of working and tools to help them with their own situations.”
Greg Baldwin, HTM Managing Director:
“Our management team have the focus of safety, delivery and compliance, while also leading and supporting their teams. Providing opt-out therapy via Soother is not just about reactive support; it’s about giving people the means to look after their wellbeing proactively, so stress doesn’t build until something breaks.
“By integrating therapy into our employee support offering, HTM is aiming to help individuals maintain their wellbeing, rather than waiting until a crisis triggers the need for help.”
George Stevens, Founder of Soother:
“HTM have a long history of putting their people first, it’s in their DNA. They’re always looking for ways to improve the experience their people have at work and we’re delighted to take on a key role in their latest shift towards the new core value of wellbeing.
Greg and the HTM leadership wholeheartedly believe in our approach to proactively supporting employee mental wellbeing through straightforward, barrier-free access to therapy and it’s a partnership we’re all really excited to start and to see develop in the longer term.
Greg and HTM are the exact sort of leaders and organisations that we love to partner with. Leaders that put their genuine appetite to support their people into action and it’s a privilege to be associated with that.”
